If you are unable to schedule a conference, but feel a conversation with your child’s teachers is necessary, please reach out to your child’s Homeroom teacher.

We appreciate you taking the time to partner with us. We look forward to sharing your child’s progress!

AGMS SAP Program

We have a wonderful program at Avon Grove Middle School called the Student Assistance Program (SAP) and we want to make sure everyone is aware of this amazing resource.  Avon Grove Middle School’s SAP consists of a team of teachers, counselors, social workers, and administrators that are ready and able to support students facing barriers to their education.  These barriers can include, but are not limited to drug or alcohol use, mental health concerns, and relational issues.  Anyone can refer a student to the SAP team through our electronic referral form, which can be found on the Avon Grove student, parent, and staff page.  If you have any questions about the SAP team, you can reach out to our coordinator, Jessica Fetterman.

To access the SAP referral form, please click here.
