Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
The Avon Grove PTA is the Parent Teacher Association for Penn London Elementary and Avon Grove Intermediate schools representing Kindergarten through fifth grades. Together with the administration, teachers, and staff of our elementary and intermediate schools, we work to raise money in support of extra-curricular programs, assemblies, visiting authors, scientists, musicians, artists, and class field trips, in additional to coordinating book fairs, teacher appreciation, multicultural night, and other community events. We encourage everyone to play an active role in the education and success of their child and invite all PLES and AGIS parents to get involved any way you can! The AGMS PTO is excited to continue our support of AGMS students and teachers, and looks forward to partnering with you along the way. Our PTO is working to promote the general welfare and development of our students, to encourage a good working relationship between the parents and teachers, and to bring about improvements in our educational facilities.
Avon Grove High School (AGHS)
Parent Action Committee (PAC)
In Avon Grove School District (AGSD), parental involvement is highly encouraged. One of the ways for families to become involved in AGHS is to be a part of our PAC. Our mission is to make AGHS a better place by: promoting school spirit, supporting student activities, encouraging parent/guardian volunteerism, raising funds for the benefit of the school and providing a forum for parents to discuss any issues that may arise.
