Buildings and Grounds


The Avon Grove School District Buildings and Grounds Department, in conjunction with the CCIU, is responsible for the maintenance of all District owned land, buildings, and equipment. Our goal is to provide safe, clean, healthy, and energy efficient facilities for all students, staff, and the community. The District's custodial needs are met through Service Master. A listing of our facilities is as follows:

Avon Grove High School (Grades 9-12) - 257 State Road - 214,104 sq ft
Fred S. Engle Middle School (Grades 7-8) - 107 Schoolhouse Road - 117,490 sq ft
Avon Grove Intermediate School (Grades 3-6) - 395 S. Jennersville Road - 210,000 sq ft
Penn London Elementary School (K-2) - 383 S. Jennersville Road - 111,876 sq ft
Administration Building - 375 S. Jennersville Road - 9,600 sq ft

Building and Field Use Information:

Residents, staff members, and community groups can make facility use requests by following the steps below:

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. You can do so by by clicking here. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Permit Application Periods
  • The Fall season (September 1st through November 30th) application period is July 1st to July 15th
  • The Winter season (December 1st through February 28th) application period is October 1st to October 15th
  • The Spring season (March 1st through May 31st) application period is January 1st to January 15th
  • The Summer season (June 1st through August 31st) application period is April 1st to April 15th
