An automated communication platform for email, text and voice messages used by the district, including for emergency notifications, like snow days.

What is PowerSchool and what is its purpose for caregivers?
A secure database that stores all student and family information needed for local, state and federal accountability.

From Powerschool, a caregiver can access a student's most up-to-date grade (secondary only), attendance totals, update demographic information year round, view fee balances, and access report cards.

What is PowerSchool Enrollment?
A web based system used to collect and manage new student registrations and the annual submission of returning students’ information.

How do I access PowerSchool Enrollment?

Emails are sent to caregivers to complete the annual enrollment. More information is in the Parent Portal.

What is the web help desk?

The web help desk is a website where parents and students can submit technology support requests. Tickets are routed to the appropriate staff member depending on the issue. A student username and passphrase is needed to submit a ticket. Tickets may be entered in English or Spanish.
