Specifications may be secured from the Purchasing Department at the CCIU, by emailing Jason Lichtfus, Purchasing Manager at JasonL@cciu.org.
Proposals should be addressed to the Avon Grove School District (AGSD) at 107 Schoolhouse Rd, Suite B, West Grove, PA 19390 and marked to the attention of Eric Willey, Director of Administration in a sealed envelope marked in the lower left-hand corner: "SEALED BID – AGMS Roofing (AGMS-2627)"
In order to bid, your attendance will be Mandatory at a Pre-Bid meeting, to be located at:
107 Schoolhouse Rd, Suite B, West Grove, PA 19390 from 2-3 pm, Friday, March 27, 2026
Completed Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read via Zoom link, which will be available by clicking the link on the Avon Grove School District website and the Chester County Intermediate Unit website.
The Avon Grove School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, either by item or in total, and will make an award in the best interest of the school district.
