The Avon Grove School District is disposing of used and unneeded textbooks and maintenance equipment, and will therefore accept sealed bids.
TEXTBOOKS & MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT WILL BE SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND.
An inventory of the textbooks & maintenance equipment to be sold can be obtained on the District website www.avongrove.org and selecting "Departments", "Business Services", then "BIDS and RFPs". Click on Textbooks & Equipment, then each School for the list of Textbooks or Facilities Department for Maintenance Equipment available for bid.
-Bids are to be received by 2PM, August 13, 2024, delivered to the Director of Business Administration, Avon Grove Administrative Office, 375 South Jennersville Road, West Grove, PA 19390, or via email to bgialloreto@avongrove.org.
-Bids/emails must be marked TEXTBOOKS and or MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT.
-Bids/emails must include name, phone number, email and contact information, as well as a list of which specific items and the number of each item you are interested in.
The Avon Grove School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Inspection of items can be made by appointment by contacting Brenda Gialloreto at bgialloreto@avongrove.org or by phone 610-869-2441.
