Sealed Bidding Information

Bidding Instructions:  

Avon Grove School District is disposing of certain unused and unneeded textbooks, musical instruments, and maintenance vehicle, and will therefore accept sealed bids for such used TEXTBOOKS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, and MAINTENANCE VEHICLE.  TEXTBOOKS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, AND MAINTENANCE VEHICLE WILL BE SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND.

- Bids are to be received by _________________, delivered to the Director of Business Administration, Avon Grove School District, 375 South Jennersville Road, West Grove, PA. 19390, or via email to mohara1@avongrove.org.

- Bids/emails must be marked TEXTBOOKS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, OR MAINTENANCE
  VEHICLE.

- Bids/emails must include name, phone number, email and contact information, as well as a list of which specific items as
  offered are being bid upon.

The Avon Grove School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Inspection of the textbooks, musical instruments, or maintenance vehicle can be made by appointment, and will follow COVID-19 protocol recommendations from the Pennsylvania and Chester County Departments of Health.
