Employees enter the District through the Personnel Department, which posts vacancies, reviews applications and interviews and recommends candidates for hire in cooperation with other members of the administrative staff.
Upon hire, new employees attend a comprehensive benefits orientation led by the Personnel Department. Current employees with questions about their benefits can receive assistance and guidance by contacting us.
Employees with questions about our various leave options may ask us to help them plan an upcoming leave of absence.
The Personnel Department writes and circulates a monthly Personnel Newsletter to update employees on benefit changes, wellness initiatives, and other current topics.
Employees who are exploring retirement or leaving us for other opportunities can benefit from our exit counseling services.
