The Avon Grove School District Food Service Department will be accepting bids for Preventive Maintenance Services and Repairs for kitchen and refrigeration equipment for the cafeterias in all schools. Bid submissions shall be received no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, August 14, 2026.
Bids must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope “REFRIGERATION AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REPAIR BID”. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM on Friday August 14, 2026 at the delivery address noted below. Any bids received after this time will not be opened or considered.
Contractors may bid on both refrigeration and kitchen equipment or may submit a bid for just one of these areas. AGSD may choose to award a contract for refrigeration equipment repairs separately from kitchen equipment repairs OR may choose to award both contracts to one vendor.
