Community Bulletin Board

The AGSD Community Bulletin Board contains flyers for events happening in the greater community. Local non-profit organizations that primarily serve Avon Grove School District students may submit a request to have a flyer posted on the AGSD Community Bulletin Board page of our website. Please submit requests via email to Laurinda O’Brien.

  • Flyers must be submitted in a PDF format or in a graphic format, such as a JPG.  
  • The AGSD Community Bulletin Board page is updated twice a month, so please submit all requests at least three weeks prior to the event date.  
  • Per School Board policy, AGSD does not post flyers for for-profit or commercial organizations.

Note: AGSD reviews flyers for content but is not responsible for the actual events, as the sponsoring organizations are independent from the District.
