Report Cards to Be Sent By Email

Beginning this year, your child’s report card will be delivered electronically instead of being sent home in paper form. You will receive an email from noreply@avongrove.org containing your child’s report card.

The progress report will be password protected and the email you receive will provide directions for you to access the document. Middle school student report cards are scheduled to be emailed to parents/guardians on Nov. 14. High school student report cards are scheduled to be emailed Nov. 18. Elementary report cards are scheduled to be emailed to parents/guardians Dec.12.

The middle school has tested the email delivery with blank forms, and the principal has notified parents by phone message of this test.

If parents/guardians did not recieve their child's test message or if they do not receive the report card on the designated date, please check your SPAM filter first. If the report card was not delivered, parents/guardians should contact their child's school to ensure we have a valid email address on file in our student information system.

Report cards will be provided in hardcopy to parents/guardians without email access.

As of Nov. 14, the high school is still testing the electronic report card delivery system. The elementary schools (PLE and AGIS) have not conducted testing yet.

It is important that the school district has current contact information on file for each student. Parents/guardians were asked to provide a current email address during the online re-enrollment process earlier this school year conducted using Infosnap.
