AGHS to Host Indoor Showcase March 13

March 1, 2010 The Avon Grove High School (AGHS) Indoor Color Guard, AGHS Percussion Ensemble, and the AGHS Instrumental Music Boosters are scheduled to host the 2nd Annual Avon Grove Indoor Showcase on March 13 starting at 4 p.m. in the school auditorium. The indoor pageantry competition will feature scholastic and independent color guards and percussion groups from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. It will also feature performances from Avon Grove's Indoor Color Guard, now in its third year of competition, and the new Percussion Ensemble, in its first year of competition. Tickets are $8 for adults; $5 for children and senior citizens and may be purchased at the door. The school is located at 257 State Road in West Grove.

Technology Fair & Science Exhibition March 18

February 25, 2010 Please save the date and plan to attend Avon Grove School District’s annual Technology Fair & Science Exhibition, scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Avon Grove High School. Avon Grove students, parents, and community members are invited to explore instructional technology demos, interactive exhibits, and how-to technology sessions for parents. More than 40 instructional technology exhibits will be featured. Student science fair projects will also be on display. More information will be posted as the event date approaches.

Kindergarten Registration for 2010-2011

Please call the Penn London Elementary School office (610-869-9803) to get on the mailing list to receive a Kindergarten Registration packet. Registration will be held at PLE the week of March 22-26. The packet contains specific times, as well as registration requirements. Parents/guardians must register in person; the child does not have to be present. >>Read more.
