Substitute Aides are Needed
The Avon Grove School District employs a pool of substitute aides
who work on a per-diem, on-call basis. As a substitute aide for
Avon Grove, you may choose which (and how many) days you would
like to work and which assignments you would like to accept. You
can even specify the school(s) where you’d like to be assigned!
Assignments may include (but aren’t limited to) the following:
instructional, non-instructional, cafeteria, or clerical assignments.
The hourly rate of pay for a substitute aide assignment is $8.61
If you’d like to join us as a substitute aide, please submit a complete application packet. A complete application packet includes
the following:
a Support Staff Application, and your Acts
34 and 151 clearances. FBI
background checks are required for all hired on or after April
1, 2007.
