HOME/SCHOOL PLEDGE

THE STUDENT PLEDGE:

I will do my very best in school.
I will be proud of what I do.
I will talk to my parents and teachers about what I do.
I will read or listen to a book everyday.

THE TEACHER PLEDGE:

I understand the importance of the school experience to every student and my role as a teacher and model. Therefore, I agree to carry out the following responsibilities:

I will strive to meet the individual needs of your child.
I will regularly communicate with you regarding your child’s progress.
I will assign homework that will reinforce your child’s learning.

THE PARENT/CAREGIVER PLEDGE:

I realize that my child’s school years are very important, and my participation in my child’s education will develop his or her success. Therefore, I agree to carry out the following responsibilities:

I will read to or with my child everyday.
I will review my child’s completed homework and help as needed.
I will attend Back to School Night and Parent Conferences.
