4,527 no votes to 1,422 yes votes (unofficial tally)

Polling Places
Visit the Chester County Voter Services Web site for polling locations. Residents in West Grove or London Grove should call Voter Services at 610-344-6380 or 1-800-692-1100 to verify their precinct and polling site. Please note: Avondale Borough's polling location for the May 15, 2007, primary election will be the Avondale Borough Hall at 110 Pomeroy Avenue. Polling will not take place at the Avondale Fire Company on Pennsylvania Avenue in May.
