Transportation Requests for Next YearMay 6, 2010 Planning bus
routes for the 2010-2011 school year is underway. All students will be
assigned to their home bus stop for the coming school year, and current
day care arrangements will be deleted. A new transportation request form
for alternate arrangements must be submitted every school year.
If your child will be regularly using a bus stop different from your home bus stop next year, even if it is the same arrangement as this year, you must put it in writing. It is necessary to have the name, specific address, and telephone number of your day care provider, as well as a clear explanation of the request, especially if there will be day variants. The same is true for students whose parents reside in separate homes. The second parent’s address and an explanation of the transportation arrangements must be submitted each school year. Transportation Request Forms are available HERE and in the office at your request.
