Family Fun Night

January 28, 2010 Our PTA is planning a Mardi Gras themed Family Fun Night with bingo and carnival games. Please mark your calendars for Friday evening, February 19, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for this fun family event to be held in our cafetorium. More information will be coming home from the PTA early next month.

Bus Pass Update

January 28, 2010 We have been notified by our transportation department that bus 50 is no longer on the flagged bus list and that we may now issue bus passes for it. The following buses remain flagged: 2, 16, & 63.

Academic Achievement Report

PSSA Dates Are Set

September 10, 2009 The PA Department of Education has set this year’s PSSA dates as follows:

•Apr 7-16 PSSA Reading & Math – Grades 3-8 & 11
•Apr 19-23 PSSA Writing - Grades 5, 8, & 11
•Apr 26-30 PSSA Science – Grades 4, 8, & 11
•May 3-7 PSSA Make Ups

These tests are very important and we ask parents to plan accordingly so that students are here on those days. We will be sharing more information about the PSSA throughout the year. Your support is appreciated.
