Artist In Residence

June 17, 2008 The AGIS PTA was pleased to dedicate two brick wall sculptures in May. The sculptures were the inspiration of artist, Bernie Felch, who lives in Landenberg. He spent time with our students answering their questions and giving them insight into the art of sculpting. Mrs. Lawton's class named this year's art "Hakuna Matata", and Mrs. Blackburn's class named last year's sculpture, "The Art in Us".

These two pieces add color and fun to our cafeteria. Please take time to appreciate our new art additions the next time you are at AGIS. » View Pictures
