| Megan Valentine has been named the Rotary Student of the Month for January. Megan is the daughter of Perry and Pat Valentine of Lincoln University. Megan is involved in many school activities such as Marching Band, AGYEA, Leo Club and National Honor Society. Megan volunteers her time as a teacher’s aide for CYFF. Megan’s honors include distinguished honor roll and National Honor Society. She plans on attending a four year college and majoring in English and Music. Megan feels that Mr. McCloskey and Mrs. Worrell have influenced her the most here at Avon Grove. |

KEVIN HUTTER

| Kevin Hutter has been named the Lions Club Student of the Month for January. He is the son of Ross and Lisa Hutter of Lincoln University. Kevin is involved in several school activities including Marching Band, Jazz Band and Indoor Percussion. Kevin also volunteers his time as a 4H summer camp counselor. He has received honors for AP Chemistry and Physics. Kevin plans on attending college to study Chemical Engineering and possibility Grad school for Neurochemistry. Kevin wishes to thank Mrs. Creamer, Mr. Habbart and Mr. Zook for having the most influence on him at Avon Grove. |

| Chloe Gentle has been named the Rotary Club Student of the Month for February. She is the daughter of Alan and Pauline Gentle of Lincoln University. Chloe is involved in many school activities including the Cancer Society and FCCLA. Chloe’s list of honors include having Distinguished Honors, and receiving Academic Awards in Top Ten, Family and Consumer Science, Business, Environmental Science and Biology. Chloe would like to attend college and pursue a career in law or psychology. Chloe wishes to thank Mr. McCloskey and Mrs. Lewis for having the most influence on her at Avon Grove. |

EMMA CARTWRIGHT

| Emma Cartwright has been named the Lions Club Student of the Month for February. She is the daughter of David and Susan Cartwright of Avondale. Emma is involved in many school activities such as Soccer, Student Council, National Honor Society, Yearbook and CBC. Emma volunteers her time at the Bridge and the Ronald McDonald House. Her list of honors include having Distinguished Honors every semester of her high school career, Student Council Award, AP Environmental Science Award and AP US History award. Emma would like to attend Clemson University or Penn State to major in Graphic Communications/Graphic Design. Emma wishes to thank Ms. Watson and Mr. Habbart for having the most influence on her at Avon Grove. |
