Baseball Pre-Season Workouts

Attention All prospective baseball players.  Morning pre-season baseball throwing and conditioning workouts will begin this coming Wednesday, February 8th.  They will continue every Monday and Wednesday through early March.  Workouts begin at 6:15 am in the main gym.  See Coach Whitcraft with any questions.

Volleyball Informative Meeting

There will be an quick informative meeting on Wednesday, January 25th from 2:40 - 3:00 in the cafeteria for any guys interested in playing volleyball in the spring.   Bring a friend.  It is an exciting growing sport.   If you are interested in getting some pre-season practice (no experience necessary), come out to the following open gyms:

Jan 21   5pm to 7pm
Jan 25   8pm to 930pm
Jan 28   4pm to 6pm
Feb 11   4pm to 6pm
Feb 18   1pm to 3pm
